Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard strategic suppliers across Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, Vietnam, and other key sourcing regions
- Oversee end to end production from development handover through bulk shipment
- Lead seasonal costing negotiations and cost engineering initiatives
- Identify opportunities for margin improvement through sourcing optimization, material selection, process efficiencies, and supplier negotiations
- Build long term partnerships with suppliers while continuously improving cost, quality, flexibility, and lead times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in apparel sourcing and production
- 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong sourcing network across key manufacturing countries such as Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, and Vietnam
- Deep expertise in apparel manufacturing, product development, costing, compliance, quality assurance, and end to end supply chain management
- Proven strength in negotiation, analytical thinking, commercial decision making, and managing large supplier portfolios across multi country sourcing operations

Job Description

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in apparel sourcing and production, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong sourcing network across key manufacturing countries such as Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, and Vietnam.
- Deep expertise in apparel manufacturing, product development, costing, compliance, quality assurance, and end to end supply chain management.
- Proven strength in negotiation, analytical thinking, commercial decision making, and managing large supplier portfolios across multi country sourcing operations.
