- Build relationships with repeat and VIP customers
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards
- Support scheduling, attendance monitoring, and leave management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
- Strong experience in luxury retail, preferably jewellery, watches, fashion, or premium brands
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Proficiency in POS systems, retail reporting tools, and sales performance tracking
- Experience serving VIP, UHNW, and international clientele in the GCC market
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, jewellery certifications, and luxury retail etiquette
