About the Role
Emirates Group seeks an Express System Project Specialist to manage a portfolio of projects for Emirates Courier Express. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, drive business process improvements, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of projects across Emirates Group from inception to successful implementation and adoption
- Manage internal and external stakeholders including customers and vendors
- Lead, inspire and motivate diverse and cross functional team members, assess performance, and coach/support them
- Champion relationships across team members and wider stakeholders to help drive business value
- Act as an SME and support, coach and develop others across the company
- Resolve differences across stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide insight in the project area and pull together best practices and SMEs to drive solutions
- Identify, support and deliver business process improvement opportunities and facilitate change management
- Review strategic project portfolio providing insights on progress and performance to enable management decisions
- Ensure project deliverables are met and recognize when alternatives need to be considered
- Assess the impact of change, risks and interdependencies and develop change management plan
- Proactively manage project risks and ensure mitigation strategies are designed, agreed and implemented
Requirements
- Degree in quantitative discipline such as business administrations / IT / engineering
- SAFe POPM certification is a must
- Express logistics experience is a must
- PMP certification is a plus
- Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma a plus
- 6 8 years in project management, business improvement or productivity, management consultancy, or technology
- Ability to quickly grasp new business concepts and understand organizational issues
- Strong ability to facilitate dialogue and influence a range of stakeholders, including senior executives

- Advanced Communication Skills & Presentation Skills
- Advanced Data Collection and Analysis Skills
- Proficient Budget, business case and Cost Control Knowledge

Job Purpose
- Launched in April 2025, Emirates Courier Express is a global door to door delivery solution that redefines the express delivery experience.
- The Express System Project Specialist will be responsible for a dynamic portfolio of projects across Emirates Courier Express from inception to successful implementation and adoption.
In this role you will:
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of projects across Emirates Group from inception to successful implementation and adoption.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders including customers and vendors.

Qualification
