Opportunity Overview
Ethos is seeking experienced technical operations leads to help train a foundational AI lab's language model.
The work focuses on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks across technical operations workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Work on production capacity models, bill of materials packages, root cause failure analysis reports, equipment maintenance schedules, quality control inspection checklists, and supplier qualification packages.
Qualifications
- Have 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management.
- Have direct ownership experience in production capacity planning, bill of materials packages, or quality control processes.
- Have working knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrate expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Compensation
- Compensation is $90 per hour.
