Opportunity
Ethos is seeking experienced sub-editors to help train a foundational AI lab's language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
Core Workflows
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Review board-ready slide deck formatting and financial model spreadsheet formulas.
- Proofread executive memos and review client-facing proposal documents.
- Check brand and template compliance and track consistency across documents.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before external delivery.
- Identify formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Workspace deliverables.
- Demonstrate expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, excellent written communication, and strong attention to detail.
Compensation
- Compensation is $70 per hour.
Commitment
- The commitment is flexible at 5 to 20 hours per week, with the option to work more hours.
Location
- The role is fully remote and allows work on the candidate's own schedule.
