About This Opportunity
Ethos is seeking experienced public-sector business development leaders to help train a leading foundational AI lab's latest language model.
The role focuses on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks related to government contracting workflows.
Core Workflows
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated RFI responses and solicitation compliance matrices.
- Create, evaluate, and refine past-performance narratives and pricing volume submissions.
- Create, evaluate, and refine capture plans and proposal executive summaries.
Compensation
- Compensation is $100 per hour.
Commitment
- The expected commitment is flexible at 5-20 hours per week, with additional hours possible if desired.
- The anticipated start date is ASAP.
Location
- The role is fully remote and can be performed on the candidate's own schedule.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities.
- Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
