Ethos is working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced Certified Financial Planners to help train its latest language model.
The work focuses on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks across core financial-planning workflows.
Core Workflows
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated household cash-flow plans.
- Create, evaluate, and refine goals-based financial plans and retirement drawdown models.
- Create, evaluate, and refine debt payoff schedules, net-worth statements, and risk-tolerance questionnaires.
Compensation
- Compensation is $70 per hour.
Commitment and Start
- The commitment is flexible at 5-20 hours per week, with more hours available if desired.
- The anticipated start date is ASAP.
Location
- The role is fully remote and can be performed on the candidate's own schedule.
Qualifications
- Certified Financial Planners should have 4+ years advising individual clients on household cash-flow planning, debt payoff scheduling, and retirement drawdown modeling.
- Candidates should be skilled at turning scattered accounts and goals into clear, actionable goals-based financial plans.
- Candidates need expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, excellent written communication, and attention to detail.
