Ethos is working with a foundational AI lab to find experienced health system operations analysts to help train its language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
Core Workflows
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Develop patient throughput and bed utilization models.
- Prepare care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals.
- Build hospital service line performance dashboards.
- Prepare payer contract and reimbursement analysis decks.
- Develop staffing ratio and labor cost optimization models.
- Produce quality and patient safety improvement reports.
Compensation
- Compensation is $100 per hour.
Commitment
- The expected commitment is flexible, at 5 to 20 hours per week or more if desired.
- The start date is ASAP.
Location
- The role is fully remote and can be performed on the candidate's own schedule.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work.
- Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership.
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
