About This Opportunity
Support a leading foundational AI lab by helping train its language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
The role is intended for experienced CRM operations managers with strong revenue operations or CRM data operations expertise.
Core Workflows
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Work with CRM field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.
Compensation
- Compensation is $100 per hour.
Commitment
- The expected commitment is flexible at 5 to 20 hours per week, with additional hours possible.
Location
- The role is fully remote and allows work on the candidate's own schedule.
Start Date
- The expected start date is as soon as possible.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations or CRM operations, including hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
- Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards relied on by sales and marketing leadership.
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
