Responsibilities
- Maintain regular client contact by attending scheduled client meetings and regular update calls
- Promote projects through private meetings, public events, and forums
- Deal with enquiries and conclude sales through careful and considered client qualifying best practice standards
- Meet and exceed sales target key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Keep up to speed on other potential projects in the market
- Assist in the organization of events and promotional initiatives both locally and internationally
- Identify potential key connectors and referral partners and manage those relationships
- Progress sales by liaising with buyers and developers to ensure timely signatures of SPAs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of successful Residential sales in the UAE or internationally
- RERA card required
- UAE driving license required
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills

Overview
- Knight Frank’s Prime Residential division in Dubai is seeking elite brokers with a proven track record in the UAE’s luxury property market.
- As an experienced Broker in Dubai, you will be representing some of the most coveted real estate assets in the region, catering to an exclusive clientele across Dubai’s high end residential landscape.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular client contact by attending scheduled client meetings and regular update calls
- Promote projects through private meetings, public events, and forums
- Deal with enquiries and conclude sales through careful and considered client qualifying best practice standards
- Meet and exceed sales target key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Be aware of market conditions and adapt to succeed
- Keep up to speed on other potential projects in the market
- Assist in the organization of events and promotional initiatives both locally and internationally
- Identify potential key connectors and referral partners and manage those relationships
- Progress sales by liaising with buyers and developers to ensure timely signatures of SPAs
- Liaise with members of other departments
- Provide efficient administration of all procedures in sales tracking
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of successful Residential sales in the UAE or internationally
- Knowledge of regional real estate markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to public speak or present at events
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations
- RERA card required
- MRICS desired but not essential
