- Lead the strategic growth of Knight Frank's Projects & Off Plan business across the UAE.
- Develop, manage and strengthen relationships with leading developers, investors and landowners to secure exclusive project sales instructions.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate exclusive agency appointments across luxury residential and mixed use developments.
- Build a sustainable pipeline of future projects through proactive business development and relationship management.
- Represent Knight Frank at industry events, networking functions and developer forums.
- Develop long term strategic partnerships that position Knight Frank as the preferred residential project sales consultancy.
- Take full commercial ownership of the Exclusive Project Sales & Off Plan business, ensuring revenue, profitability and market share objectives are achieved.
- Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts and revenue projections for the division.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and pricing strategies to maximise commercial performance.
- Identify opportunities to diversify revenue streams and introduce new residential sales initiatives.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on business performance, pipeline activity and future opportunities.
- Lead the creation and execution of project specific sales and go to market strategies for every exclusive instruction.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience within UAE residential real estate, with significant leadership experience across Project Sales and Off Plan developments.
- Demonstrable track record of securing exclusive developer mandates and successfully launching luxury residential projects.
- Existing network of senior developers, investors, brokerage firms and industry stakeholders across the UAE.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing business performance, budgets and revenue targets.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of UAE residential market dynamics, pricing strategies and project positioning.
- Extensive experience working with luxury residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, AML requirements and real estate compliance.
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent commercial judgement and business development capability.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic or additional languages would be advantageous.

- Knight Frank is seeking an exceptional Head of Residential Projects & Off Plan to lead one of the UAE's most prestigious residential project sales businesses. This is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic growth, commercial performance and operational success of Knight Frank's P
- Reporting directly to the Head of UAE Residential, you will take ownership of the entire project lifecycle—from securing exclusive mandates with leading developers through to the successful launch, marketing and sale of landmark residential developments.
- This role requires a commercially astute leader with an extensive network across the UAE development market, a proven track record of securing exclusive instructions and delivering high value project sales, and the ability to build and scale a market leading business.
