- Lead the development, execution and continuous evolution of the Residential Transactions Marketing Strategy across the MENA region
- Translate divisional commercial objectives into measurable, revenue generating marketing initiatives
- Serve as senior marketing advisor to Residential service line heads
- Maintain overall accountability for marketing budget planning, allocation and ROI optimisation
- Lead planning, execution and optimisation of integrated multi channel marketing campaigns
- Oversee production and quality of all marketing collateral
- Develop and implement compelling content and communications strategy
- Lead planning and execution of client events, property launches, roundtables, etc.
- Establish, monitor and report against clear marketing performance frameworks
- Analyse marketing performance data and market intelligence to refine strategy
- Provide leadership and day to day management of internal marketing resources and external agencies
- Maintain in depth understanding of residential real estate trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate or professional services in the Middle East, and in a managerial role
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager in an entrepreneurial or multi business environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English, written and verbal

Overview
- We are seeking an exceptional and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for Knight Frank's Residential Transactions Division across the MENA region. This leadership role will oversee all marketing activity across Prime Residential Brokerage, Exclusive Project Sales / O
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, execution and continuous evolution of the Residential Transactions Marketing Strategy across Prime Residential, Non Exclusive Off Plan Projects and associated service lines throughout the MENA region.
- Translate divisional commercial objectives into measurable, revenue generating marketing initiatives aligned with clearly defined KPIs and business growth targets.
- Serve as the senior marketing advisor to Residential service line heads, providing strategic counsel while identifying opportunities to strengthen market positioning, increase brand awareness and accelerate revenue growth.
- Originate, develop and personally oversee the delivery of innovative marketing strategies that respond to changing market conditions, customer behaviour and competitive dynamics.
- Maintain overall accountability for marketing budget planning, allocation and ROI optimisation across all Residential Transactional service lines.
- Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated, multi channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email marketing, website, direct marketing, PR and events.
- Ensure all campaigns are audience led, data driven and commercially focused, delivering measurable lead generation and sales outcomes.
- Oversee the production and quality of all marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, advertising campaigns, digital assets and sales support materials, ensuring brand excellence and commercial impact.
- Develop and implement a compelling content and communications strategy that enhances service line visibility, strengthens thought leadership and elevates Knight Frank's market profile.
- Lead the planning and execution of client events, property launches, roundtables, networking functions and experiential marketing initiatives that reinforce brand positioning and deepen stakeholder engagement.
- Establish, monitor and report against clear marketing performance frameworks, measuring campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, lead generation and commercial conversion.
- Analyse marketing performance data and market intelligence to refine strategy, optimise investment decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or professional services sector in the Middle East, and in a managerial role.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager, ideally in an entrepreneurial or multi business environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, for a range of internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms, or project management certifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and problem solving attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Flexible, adaptable and collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
