About the Role
Knight Frank is looking for an experienced Surveyor to join their commercial agency team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves winning leasing instructions, building client relationships, advising on leasing strategies, and conducting market research.

Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Knight Frank's business and the office leasing market
- Win and deliver leasing instructions in line with agreed targets and guidelines
- Generate new business through networking, relationship building, and market activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, and key market contacts
- Develop and maintain leasing strategies for existing and future office developments
- Advise clients on leasing strategies, market positioning, occupancy absorption, and commercial leasing terms
- Prepare, negotiate, and agree Heads of Terms
- Oversee property marketing activity, including property listing presentations, tours, videos, and leasing collateral
- Conduct market, occupier, and competitor research and present findings professionally
- Report regularly to landlords on activity, market feedback, and transaction progress
- Identify and refer cross selling opportunities across the regional and global business
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all leasing and administrative processes are managed efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Leasing Executive with track record of lease renewals, new lettings, and lease disposals
- Existing client network of office occupiers, law firms, and accountancy and technology professional services
- Experience working with both tenant/occupiers and landlords
- Sound understanding of the office market, current rents, trends, and incentives
- Solid understanding of local upcoming office supply, existing vacancies and tenants with active requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages advantageous

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Leasing Executive and have a track record of completing lease renewals, new lettings and lease disposals with an existing client network of office occupiers, law firms, and accountancy and technology professional services.
- Experience working with both tenant/occupiers and landlords.
- Sound understanding of the office market, current rents, trends, and incentives.
- Solid understanding of the local upcoming office supply, existing vacancies and tenants who have active requirements.
- International experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
- Drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
- The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (KF Internal Systems).
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
