Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Knight Frank's business and the office leasing market.
  • Win and deliver leasing instructions in line with agreed targets and guidelines.
  • Generate new business through networking, relationship building, and market activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, and key market contacts.
  • Develop and maintain leasing strategies for existing and future office developments.
  • Advise clients on leasing strategies, market positioning, occupancy absorption, and commercial leasing terms.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and agree Heads of Terms.
  • Oversee property marketing activity, including property listing presentations, tours, videos, and leasing collateral.
  • Conduct market, occupier, and competitor research and present findings professionally.
  • Report regularly to landlords on activity, market feedback, and transaction progress.
  • Identify and refer cross selling opportunities across the regional and global business.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all leasing and administrative processes are managed efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Leasing Executive and have a track record of completing lease renewals, new lettings and lease disposals with an existing client network of office occupiers, law firms, and accountancy and technology professional services.
  • Experience working with both tenant/occupiers and landlords.
  • Sound understanding of the office market, current rents, trends, and incentives.
  • Solid understanding of the local upcoming office supply, existing vacancies and tenants who have active requirements.
  • International experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
  • Drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
  • The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (KF Internal Systems).
  • Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
