- Lead the strategic direction, growth and overall performance of Knight Frank's Residential Leasing business across the UAE
- Develop and implement the Division's leasing strategy, ensuring alignment with wider Residential Transactions objectives
- Drive revenue growth, market share and profitability across the leasing business
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and emerging market trends
- Lead all residential leasing operations across Prime Residential and wider Residential Transactions
- Develop relationships with landlords, institutional investors, family offices and corporate clients
- Oversee negotiation of complex leasing transactions and support brokers on high value negotiations
- Ensure compliance with all RERA, DLD and regulatory leasing requirements
- Recruit, develop and retain high performing leasing professionals and operational support teams
- Champion a market leading client experience across every stage of the leasing process
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience within residential real estate, including significant leadership experience in residential leasing
- Proven experience managing large residential leasing teams and operational functions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets, revenue and profitability
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE residential leasing market, landlord requirements and regulatory framework
- Strong understanding of RERA, DLD and AML compliance requirements
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and people development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory

Overview
- Knight Frank is seeking an experienced Head of Leasing & Brokerage Performance to lead the strategic growth, operational performance and commercial success of our Residential Leasing business across the UAE.
- This senior leadership role is responsible for driving leasing revenue, enhancing operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience across the Residential Transactions Division.
- Reporting directly to the Head of UAE Residential, you will lead the Leasing service line while overseeing the operational infrastructure that underpins the wider Residential business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction, growth and overall performance of Knight Frank's Residential Leasing business across the UAE.
- Develop and implement the Division's leasing strategy, ensuring alignment with wider Residential Transactions objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, market share and profitability across the leasing business.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and emerging market trends that support long term growth.
- Develop annual business plans, financial forecasts and departmental budgets.
- Monitor departmental performance against agreed KPIs and implement improvement initiatives where required.
- Lead all residential leasing operations across Prime Residential and wider Residential Transactions.
- Develop relationships with landlords, institutional investors, family offices and corporate clients to secure high quality leasing instructions.
- Identify, develop and secure Build to Lease and corporate relocation opportunities.
- Drive new business development through proactive client engagement and strategic networking.
- Ensure leasing teams consistently deliver outstanding customer service throughout the client journey.
- Monitor market conditions, rental trends and competitor activity to provide strategic guidance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 10 years' experience within residential real estate, including significant leadership experience in residential leasing.
- Proven experience managing large residential leasing teams and operational functions.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets, revenue and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high performing service lines.
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE residential leasing market, landlord requirements and regulatory framework.
- Strong understanding of RERA, DLD and AML compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and people development skills.
- Highly organised with excellent operational planning and project management capability.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM platforms and business reporting tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
