- Review client deliverables at key milestones
- Conduct ongoing reviews and quality checks of in house data
- Analyse reports/studies covering asset management, supply and demand, benchmarking, and market research
- Collaborate with Partner to establish best practices and training for the team
- Contribute to enhancement of templates and tools for report sections
- Train team members on best practices and methodologies
- Mentor junior staff members
- Support growth of Asset Management business line
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Strong knowledge of the GCC hospitality market
- Experience in hospitality advisory with a top tier advisory firm
- Background in hospitality asset management
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and bids simultaneously
- Proven client relationship management skills and business acumen
- Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia and MENA region
- In depth understanding of hospitality and real estate financials (USALI P&Ls, development costs, revenues, IRR, NPV, cash flows)
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
- Flexible attitude towards travelling

Overview
- Knight Frank is looking to appoint an experienced Hospitality advisory professional to join our Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism Advisory team in Dubai.
- This is a senior client facing role for an individual with strong advisory and business development experience across the GCC hospitality sector.

- Lead various assignments, including but not limited to market reports, feasibility studies, operator search and selection, pre opening support, and master plan advisory.

- Maintain regular contact with hospitality industry stakeholders, including operators, developers, and asset managers.
- Implement international best practices to ensure top tier advice is delivered to clients.
- Review client deliverables at key milestones (market section, financials, draft reports, etc.).
- Conduct ongoing reviews and quality checks of in house data.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong knowledge of the GCC hospitality market.
- Experience in hospitality advisory with a top tier advisory firm.
- Background in hospitality asset management, either with an asset manager or a developer in the region.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and bids simultaneously.
- Proven client relationship management skills and business acumen.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.
- In depth understanding of hospitality and real estate financials (USALI P&Ls, development costs, revenues, IRR, NPV, cash flows, etc.).
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
- The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems).
- Software: Microsoft Office programs to an advanced/proficient level.
- Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
