Role Overview
PwC's Customer Transformation practice is seeking a Senior Associate to support customer-centric strategies, experiences, interfaces, and operating models.
The role combines human-centered design, customer research, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and enterprise digital experience architecture.
Responsibilities
- Support customer transformation engagements spanning customer strategy, experience design, brand design, and service or operating model improvements.
- Conduct customer and user research, data analysis, and insight generation using Voice of Customer, NPS, and behavioral data.
- Support journey mapping, segmentation, personalization, service design, and experience improvement initiatives.
- Design and oversee sites using Lightning Web Runtime and govern design systems with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI mockups aligned with brand and usability standards.
- Support Salesforce CMS integration and sharing and visibility design for external users.
- Design reusable design patterns and branding sets.
- Support Agentforce and Einstein Search implementation with technical leads.
- Develop presentations, models, and analyses and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct usability tests and manage defined workstreams with client stakeholders.
