- Define and drive Business Banking strategy across all portfolios and customer segments.
- Lead annual and multi year business planning, performance management, and cost optimisation.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans across products, segments, and distribution.
- Drive portfolio and segment optimisation using data, analytics, and market insights.
- Build and manage strategic digital partnerships across FinTech and ecosystem platforms.
- Lead the adoption of applied AI use cases, including predictive analytics and SME advisory capabilities.
- Partner with technology and risk teams to strengthen AI led fraud prevention and cybersecurity capabilities.
- Oversee and govern large scale transformation programmes to ensure execution discipline and measurable outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on growth, productivity, and transformation priorities.
- Lead and develop a high performing strategy, analytics, and planning team.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in banking, financial services, consulting and/or FinTech
- Strong background in strategy, planning, or transformation at a senior leadership level
- Deep understanding of Business Banking segments, products, and market dynamics (UAE/GCC)
- Proven track record in driving business growth, portfolio optimisation, and transformation initiatives
- Experience with digital banking, digital partnerships, and platform based business models
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level
