About the Role
Qatar Airways is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and engage leadership talent. The role involves market mapping, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder management for senior roles (VP and above).

Responsibilities
- Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining to proactively build strong candidate networks
- Deliver assigned number of open, future and market mapping search projects, managing interfaces with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team
- Contribute to the development of search strategies through market research and understanding market trends
- Promote best practices using the selection framework, coaching hiring managers where necessary
- Draft candidate reports, progress reports and shortlist presentations ensuring quality and detail
- Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the Executive Recruitment team by sharing industry insights and best practices
- Leverage industry insights, data, and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on workforce trends
- Partner with the Executive On boarding and senior HR Business Partners to provide world class customer experience
- Promote the company’s employer brand, EVP, and culture to attract top executive talent globally
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity objectives, and recruitment best practices
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with 4+ years’ job related experience in executive/leadership recruitment
- Strong experience in Executive (VP, SVP & C level) candidate sourcing, market intelligence, and delivering high quality shortlists
- Rich career in senior hire or executive recruitment either with an agency or inhouse team
- Familiarity with global recruitment models and ability to manage multiple Executive level hires
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to leverage talent insights for decision making
- Forward thinking, structured thinker, who consistently looks for solutions and process efficiencies
- Resilient and able to work in a fast paced environment with high standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining to proactively build strong candidate networks.
- Deliver assigned number of open, future and market mapping search projects, managing interfaces with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment outcomes and quality of hire, time to hire and cost of hire standards are met.
- Contribute to the development of search strategies through market research and understanding market trends, identifying talent movement, and constantly calibrating with Executive TA Business Partners and hiring managers on identifying the best talent for the role.
- Promote best practices using the selection framework, coaching hiring managers where necessary and taking ultimate responsibility for high quality hiring decisions and meeting quality of hire metrics
- Responsible for drafting candidate reports, progress reports and shortlist presentations through ensuring that all communication is coherent, with focus on quality and detail.
- Continually contributes to the knowledge base of the Executive Recruitment team by sharing industry insights, latest recruitment best practices and innovative digital tools.
- Leverage industry insights, data, and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on workforce trends and recruitment outcomes.
- Partner with the Executive On boarding and senior HR Business Partners to provide Candidates and Hiring Manager world class customer experience.
- Promote the company’s employer brand, EVP, and culture to attract top executive talent globally.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity objectives, and recruitment best practices.
