Executive Pastry Chef
to join culinary team at
One&Only The Palm Resort
in Dubai.
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients where you will bring significant value as an Executive Pastry Chef, by elevating the pastry kitchen through innovation, precision, and artistry.
Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Culinary and he/she should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
He/she will be responsible for the running of the pastry and bakery kitchens at the Resort with the aim off maintaining the established standards, ensuring profitability, and achieving maximum guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, who can lead, supervise, and motivate his/her staff to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance with the standard operating procedures established.
Excellent spoken and written English is required.
An additional language is a plus.
