- Assist in preparation, facilitation, and administration of pre opening training plans
- Schedule and facilitate all training programs at resort and departmental level
- Assist in administration and facilitation of e learning programs
- Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis and facilitate necessary programs
- Ensure preparation of training handouts and support materials
- Ensure training records are accurate and up to date in LMS and master database
- Facilitate feedback from programs and manage appropriately
- Utilize Development Plans from Individual Performance Appraisals
- Liaise with external institutions for external programs
- Execute any other duties as assigned by Cluster Learning and Development Manager
