Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete pre-opening housekeeping plan across standards, guest rituals, equipment, OS&E procurement, recruitment, training, and implementation.
• Set and elevate housekeeping standards, procedures, and service rituals across suites, public areas, and colleague touchpoints.
• Oversee operations, workforce planning, training, and performance while building an engaged and accountable team.
• Manage budgets, inventories, linen, uniforms, operating equipment, and guest supplies with strong cost control.
• Partner with Rooms, Front Office, Engineering, and suppliers to ensure readiness, maintenance, repairs, and hotel presentation.
• Benchmark global luxury hotels and champion innovation in methods, equipment, products, and guest amenities.

About You

• Minimum 15 years of luxury hospitality housekeeping experience, including substantial leadership in a complex, high-profile hotel environment.
• Significant luxury hotel or resort pre-opening experience is essential, including the ability to build plans and mobilize teams.
• Strong understanding of pre-opening and operating environments, with hands-on implementation ability, agility, and sound judgment.
• Solution-oriented leadership style with resilience, pace, and composure to lead large, diverse teams in a dynamic Dubai environment.
• Strong operational and financial acumen covering budgets, inventories, quality audits, policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
