Role Description
Full-time, on-site Executive Housekeeper role based in Dubai.
Oversee all housekeeping operations within assigned facilities and maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Manage housekeeping staff, schedules, quality inspections, laundry services, supplies, linens, documentation, and service requests.
Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for quality.
- Coordinate laundry services and manage cleaning supply and linen inventory.
- Implement safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to respond to service requests.
- Support training and performance development of housekeeping staff.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain excellent service levels.
- Report maintenance issues and improve housekeeping processes.
