Role Description
The Caretaker maintains the day-to-day cleanliness, basic maintenance, and upkeep of assigned facilities.
The role helps ensure a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for building users and visitors.
Core Duties
- Perform routine cleaning, waste disposal, and care of common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Monitor facility conditions, report maintenance issues, and perform simple repairs such as replacing light bulbs and fixing minor fixtures.
- Assist technicians when needed and safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Support occasional event setups and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues.
- Interact respectfully with building users and visitors.
