Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations across assigned facilities.

This role includes planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supervising maintenance technicians, and ensuring that equipment and building systems are operating safely and efficiently.

The supervisor will monitor work schedules, allocate tasks, review maintenance reports, and ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.

Additional responsibilities include managing maintenance inventory and vendors, supporting facility inspections, responding to urgent maintenance requests, and contributing to continuous improvement of FM processes and service quality.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
• Candidates should possess Equipment Maintenance skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and ensure safe operation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Candidates should possess Facility Management (FM) skills, including coordination of services, vendor management, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and Building Maintenance skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, and execute regular inspections and repairs of building structures and systems.
• Relevant additional qualifications: diploma or degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field; experience in commercial or industrial FM environments; knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations; strong communication and reporting skills; proficiency with CMMS or maintenance management software; and the ability to work flexible hours when needed.
