Role Description
The Learning Support Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, supporting learners in educational settings managed by the organization.
The role supports teaching staff, reinforces learning objectives, provides individualized student assistance, and promotes an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons and prepare learning materials.
- Provide individualized support, encourage participation, and monitor student progress.
- Help manage classroom routines and behavior in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement student support plans.
- Maintain safeguarding standards and communicate appropriately with colleagues and families.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in learning support practices.
