- Drive profitable growth from existing and new clients by proactively engaging them
- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients within the Private Bank
- Deepen existing relationships and extend into new product areas
- Generate target market prospects through innovative channels
- Convert prospects into clients
- Cross sell SCB products and services to existing clients
- Achieve risk weighted returns on client portfolio
- Deliver, monitor, and review solutions based on client investment profile
- Comply with regulations, policies, and guidelines
- Conduct periodic reviews of clients' accounts
Requirements
- Relevant degree
- Demonstrable experience in Private Banking industry commensurate with this level
- Proven risk management capabilities
- Firm in all business guidelines and compliance issues
- Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in business English

- Solicit New to bank and New to product leads
- Consultative selling of multiple products
- Turn service recovery into sales opportunities
- Refer highly satisfied clients to generate sales
- Analyse and review potential business for profitability
- Collaborate with product specialists
- Operate within Risk and Compliance framework
- Support continuous improvement of processes
- Manage operational risks
- Ensure sales management, suitability and onboarding processes

Qualifications
- Academic or Professional Education/Qualifications – relevant degree

- Demonstrable experience in Private Banking
- Proven risk management capabilities
- Firm in business guidelines and compliance
- Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
