Overview
We are supporting a leading organisation in Dubai with the appointment of an Executive Director - Human Capital.
This senior leadership role will drive the overall people strategy, ensuring the business attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent while fostering a strong, values driven culture.
The role will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping workforce planning, organisational design, and talent initiatives across the organisation.
Strategic Hr Leadership
- Develop and deliver the overall human capital strategy aligned with business objectives
- Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and organisational design
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and governance frameworks
- Oversee HR and manpower budgets and ensure effective cost management
- Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Learning & Development
- Lead the learning and development strategy across the organisation
- Identify capability gaps and implement targeted development programmes
- Oversee training budgets, systems, and external providers
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and leadership development
Talent Management & Engagement
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and talent development frameworks
- Drive a high-performance culture through effective review and feedback processes
- Develop leadership pipelines and high-potential talent programmes
- Enhance the employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent
- Lead engagement initiatives and ensure follow-through on employee feedback
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee salary reviews, incentives, and market benchmarking
- Ensure payroll governance, accuracy, and cost control
- Implement reward strategies that support performance and retention
Employee Relations & Hr Operations
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, contracts, and compliance
- Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure fair outcomes
- Ensure accurate HR reporting, documentation, and audit readiness
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including exits and transitions
Continuous Improvement & Analytics
- Monitor HR metrics including headcount, attrition, and engagement
- Provide insights to leadership on workforce trends and risks
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals
- Build a high-performance, collaborative team environment
Mandatory Requirements
- 10 years of experience in HR minimum
- Bachelors degree minimum qualification
- Experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development
