Position Summary
Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire hotel stay.
Take initiative and move throughout the assigned space to complete guest service and operational activities.
Make guest transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
- Follow company policies and procedures while protecting company assets.
- Maintain confidentiality, safety, and quality standards.
- Keep uniform, personal appearance, and communications professional.
- Perform physical activities including extended standing, sitting, walking, and handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
