Position Summary

Runner Duties
- Deliver items directly to guests in their rooms.
- Support housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office, and other areas requiring assistance.
- Move throughout the hotel to provide needed items at the appropriate time.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Work Requirements
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, preserve confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move through narrow, confined, elevated, or stair-accessed spaces.
