Position Summary
The Cleaner, also called a Guest Environment Expert, maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
The role supports a memorable guest experience through hands-on housekeeping and guest request fulfillment.
Housekeeping Duties
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
- Deliver guest requests and stock housekeeping carts.
- Move through assigned areas and complete other reasonable duties requested by management.
- Help ensure hotel spaces support a great guest experience.
Role Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while working.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Follow safety policies, company procedures, confidentiality requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
