Position Overview
The Cleaner role is described as a Guest Environment Expert responsible for maintaining the hotel's appearance and cleanliness.
The role supports a memorable and unique guest experience through hands-on housekeeping work.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
- Make beds and maintain clean, well-presented guest rooms.
- Deliver guest requests and help create a positive guest experience.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Move around the hotel and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Success Requirements
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Keep uniform, personal appearance, and communications professional.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
