Role Purpose

  • The Executive Assistant provides high level executive, administrative, and coordination support to multiple senior executives, ensuring the efficient, professional, and confidential management of executive priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Executive Support & Diary Management: Act as primary point of coordination for assigned executives, manage complex calendars, prioritize commitments, anticipate conflicts, prepare agendas and follow up trackers.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage high level correspondence; screen and prioritize incoming communications; liaise with Board members, shareholders, and external partners.
  • Meetings, Committees & Board Support: Coordinate executive meetings and Board sessions; prepare meeting packs and minutes; track follow ups.
  • Travel & Logistics: Manage travel arrangements, visas, accommodation, and itineraries; process expense claims.
  • Personal Assistance: Assist with medical insurance administration, personal documentation, and coordination with HR/Finance/PRO.
  • Corporate Events & Internal Coordination: Support planning and execution of internal events; coordinate logistics.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify process improvements; maintain SOPs; ensure adherence to policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple C suite and/or senior executives.
  • Experience in corporate, investment, or multi entity environments is an advantage.
