Responsibilities
- Deliver events and event deliverables including invitation design, registration, invoicing, branding materials, ticket allocation, booking cabin crew, and logistics.
- Liaise with internal specialist units, departments, and external vendors to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of services.
- Maintain documented budgets, focusing on cost management, and recommend cost saving measures.
- Ensure event projects meet agreed Service Level Agreements and brand standards.
- Handle event logistics such as booking cabin crew, flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and ground transfers.

- Experience in event management or related field

Role Overview
- The Events Specialist will be responsible for the end to end delivery of all events, exhibitions and activities within assigned regions/EK Group business units.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners and maintain oversight of administrative and logistical components.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure successful delivery of events and various event deliverables (invitation design, registration, invoicing, branding materials, ticket allocation, booking cabin crew, logistics).
- Maintain close alignment with the Manager of Marketing Communications and the overall Marketing Operations plan.
- Liaise with internal specialist units, departments, and external vendors and suppliers.
- Define and source necessary resources to ensure successful event delivery.
- Maintain documented budgets, focusing on cost management, and recommend cost saving measures.
- Ensure event projects meet agreed Service Level Agreements and brand standards.
- Share best practice guidelines with the wider Events team.
- Oversee and manage tasks delegated to internal or external support teams.
- Advise, guide, and support outstations or business units prior to any event.
- Handle event logistics such as booking cabin crew, flight tickets, hotel accommodations, ground transfers.
- Ensure all projects are thoroughly documented and saved in a shared OneDrive.
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations with the Event Manager and relevant stakeholders.
