We are hiring an experienced
Exhibitions Manager – Fine Art Logistics
for a leading organization based in Doha.
This is a highly specialized role focused on managing end-to-end logistics and project delivery and oversee projects across Qatar, KSA, UAE and the wider Middle East.
Key Requirements
✔️ Experience in Fine Art Logistics / Museum Logistics / Exhibition Management
✔️ Strong exposure to art exhibitions, galleries, museums or cultural institutions
✔️ Experience managing packing, transportation, installation & de-installation of artworks
✔️ Knowledge of customs clearance, international shipping and lender requirements
✔️ Strong project management and budgeting experience
✔️ Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
✔️ GCC / Middle East experience preferred
✔️ Willingness to travel across the region at short notice
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end exhibition and fine art logistics projects
- Preparing estimates, proposals and project costings
- Coordinating transport, warehousing, customs and installation activities
- Liaising with museums, galleries, artists, lenders and cultural institutions
- Managing timelines, budgets, vendors and operational execution
- Overseeing on-site installation and de-installation activities
- Ensuring compliance with international museum handling standards and HSSE requirements
- Regional travel required
