About the Role

  • The Events Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of events for Ohana Development, including corporate functions, international roadshows, real estate exhibitions, and high profile launch events.
  • The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and a proven ability to deliver world class event experiences that reflect Ohana Development’s premium positioning and brand values.

Event Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual event calendars aligned with corporate objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify target audiences, define event goals, and establish budgets and timelines.

Corporate Events

  • Plan and manage corporate events, partner gatherings, investor presentations, and internal milestone celebrations.
  • Ensure alignment with Ohana Development's brand guidelines and corporate culture.

International Events & Roadshows

  • Organize and execute roadshows, investor meetups, and property showcases globally.
  • Coordinate with international stakeholders, travel logistics, venue sourcing, and local regulations.

Exhibitions & Trade Shows

  • Lead planning and execution for participation in major real estate exhibitions (e.g., MIPIM, Cityscape, Monaco Yacht Show).
  • Oversee booth design, production, vendor coordination, and on site management.

Project Launch Events

  • Deliver exclusive property launch experiences that create brand impact and generate sales leads.
  • Develop event concepts, manage creative direction, and ensure high end guest experiences.

Sponsorship & Activation

  • Deliver sponsorships and activations calendar to support tactical campaign and develop brand position and awareness locally and internationally.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and event partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, oversee budgets, and ensure cost optimization.

Marketing & Communication Support

  • Work closely with marketing and PR teams to maximize event visibility, generate leads, and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Coordinate content creation (event invitations, branding materials, digital campaigns) and post event coverage.

Event Evaluation

  • Measure success metrics and prepare post event reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
