- Support the Ethics and Compliance function with investigations, ethics program, data privacy program, and compliance tasks
- Review and understand relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to identify compliance requirements
- Collect relevant documents, records, and data pertaining to investigations
- Analyze policies, procedures, contracts, and technical documents for compliance adherence
- Conduct interviews with employees, stakeholders, and relevant parties
- Evaluate data collected to identify potential non compliance, violations, or irregularities
- Assess severity and potential impact of identified compliance issues

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 10 years of total experience
- Arabic and English proficiency
- Evidenced experience and knowledge of delivery of investigations

Job Summary
- The Ethics and Compliance function requires seconded resources to support with investigations, ethics program, data privacy program, compliance program and associated tasks.
- It will involve liaising with stakeholders of wide ranging levels of seniority from Human Capital, Legal and any other teams.
General Scope Includes
- Evidenced experience knowledge of delivery of investigations both through experience and qualifications.
- Regulatory/Policy Assessment: Review and understand relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to identify the compliance requirements.
- Data Collection: Collect relevant documents, records, and data pertaining to the investigation.
- Document/Data Review: Analyze policies, procedures, contracts, technical documents, and other pertinent documents for compliance adherence.
- Interviews: Conduct interviews with employees, stakeholders, and relevant parties to gather insights and information.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate the data collected to identify potential areas of non compliance, violations, or irregularities.
- Risk Assessment: Assess the severity and potential impact of any identified compliance issues.
