- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost saving solutions
- Ensure all estimates are competitive, accurate, and submitted within deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in MEP estimation, including experience in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, quantity take offs, costing, and tendering processes
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
