About the Role
AMS International UAE seeks an Epic Clarity Analyst - BI Developer for a 1-year contract. The role involves data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of quantitative and qualitative information to support operational efficiency, quality improvement, financial performance, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Develop analytical data products using visual analytics, statistical and software tools
- Apply appropriate statistical techniques when required
- Document technical meta data and business meta data
- Collaborate with data stewards during data design and validation phases
- Develop scorecards, dashboards and other graphical visualizations
- Contribute to the enterprise knowledge system by documenting business definitions, business rules, coding logic, pertinent business processes, and software configuration settings
- Train knowledge users, power users and business analysts on the operations of their analytics
- Help interpret and present findings to leadership and peer sessions
- Contribute to the data analyst community of learning
- Contribute to the development of processes, standards and best practices utilized by the analytics network
Requirements
- Experience with Epic Clarity data model and reporting
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in healthcare data analytics

Job Summary

- Performs the following activities during the data product development life cycle
- Documents technical meta data and business meta data.
- Collaborates with data stewards during the data design and validation phases.
- Develops scorecards, dashboards and other graphical visualizations.
- Contributes to the enterprise knowledge system by documenting business definitions, business rules, coding logic, pertinent business processes, and software configuration settings in the corporate Wiki.
- Trains knowledge users, power users and business analysts on the operations of their analytics.
- Helps interpret and presents findings to leadership and peer sessions.
- Contributes to the data analyst community of learning
- Contributes to the development of processes, standards and best practices utilized by the analytics network.
- Contributes to the analytics community of learning by participating in peer training sessions.
