The People Experience & Technology team operates Workday, Ashby, and related people systems as governed and reliable sources of truth.
The team supports worker, recruiting, contingent, approvals, and lifecycle workflows while building controls, monitoring, documentation, and auditability.
About the Role
The Enterprise Systems Manager, Recruiting Systems will own and harden the recruiting platform, with a focus on Ashby and connected workflows.
This hands-on systems role translates recruiting process problems into governed fixes through configuration, workflow design, access controls, documentation, reporting guardrails, and integration partnership.
The role works across Recruiting, HR Operations, Legal, Compensation, Analytics, IT, and PXT to improve recruiting workflow reliability and control health.
Responsibilities
- Own recruiting workflow domains in Ashby and adjacent tools, including stages, fields, permissions, approvals, templates, and configuration standards.
- Partner on remediation involving offers, approvals, integrations, auditability, data integrity, and workflow controls.
- Design governed workflow changes and maintain fields, stage definitions, permissions, approval logic, validation patterns, and change standards.
- Resolve recurring operational issues through configuration, automation, documentation, or process redesign.
