OpenAI's Integrity team works to protect its platforms from content abuse, scaled attacks, and other adversarial threats that could undermine user experience or operational stability.
About the Role
Work as a Machine Learning Engineer on the Integrity team to develop models and classifiers for content and user understanding.
Build trust and safety solutions by training large language models and turning research breakthroughs into practical systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced machine learning models that solve real-world problems.
- Turn research breakthroughs into production AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with researchers, software engineers, and product managers on complex business challenges.
- Implement scalable data pipelines and optimize models for performance and accuracy.
- Ensure models are production-ready and monitor and maintain deployed models.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and lead by example in maintaining high-quality engineering practices.
- Stay current with machine learning and AI developments and own problems end-to-end.
