About the Team
The Identity Infrastructure Engineering team designs and builds identity and access management solutions that protect model weights, customer data, and critical systems across multiple cloud environments.
The team provides platforms for identity, access management, permissioning, orchestration, and safe AI research.
The team partners with Applied Engineering, Research, IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering.
About the Role
The Engineering Manager will lead Identity Infrastructure Engineering and the team building systems that govern and scale access across research, engineering, and internal platforms.
The role spans cloud infrastructure, identity, software engineering, and security-critical operations.
The leader will set technical direction, grow strong teams, make durable architecture decisions, and turn ambiguous infrastructure problems into trusted platforms.
In This Role
- Build and lead a high-performing Identity Infrastructure team while setting technical direction and empowering delivery ownership.
- Define the identity platform strategy as the policy plane for access across people, agents, workloads, services, clouds, and internal systems.
