The role

What you will own

• Lead engineers across frontend, backend, and full-stack development and own delivery for major product areas.
• Drive architecture decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
• Set standards for code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, and reliability.
• Coach engineers, manage performance, identify gaps, and build a high-performing engineering culture.
• Improve processes, tooling, and automation and own production monitoring, incident resolution, and root-cause prevention.

What we are looking for

• Strong software engineering background with experience building and shipping real production systems.
• Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
• Technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to make architecture trade-offs and connect engineering decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Experience taking products or systems from idea through development, launch, and production.
• Strong people leadership, ownership, ambiguity management, and production debugging capabilities.

Location and work model

• This is a hybrid role requiring work from the local office at least 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on remaining days.
• Candidates should be based in or able to work from the location where the role is advertised.

Language

• English is the main working language across global teams and strong English communication is required.

Interview process

• The process includes an online assessment or practical task, a technical or engineering leadership interview, and a CEO or final round.
• The company aims to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week from the start of interviews for strong candidates.
