- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Install and assemble equipment and fixtures as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related field
- Proficiency in general repair and maintenance skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to operate various power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on call as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our maintenance team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are kept in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
