The Engineer - Precast Execution manages safe, timely, and accurate installation of precast elements at the project site.
The role is associated with Hyderabad and requires 3–7 years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge areas include construction management and precast construction.
- Minimum qualification is a Graduate in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise erection and installation of precast concrete elements.
- Ensure sequence, alignment, jointing, and tolerance requirements meet approved drawings and method statements.
- Coordinate production, transport, and logistics teams for timely delivery and manage storage or staging areas.
- Conduct pre-erection checks for foundations, substructures, embedded plates, and sleeves.
- Confirm availability of cranes, lifters, and rigging tools.
- Supervise lifting, placing, and fixing of columns, beams, walls, facades, staircases, and slabs.
- Ensure stability, safety, and correct alignment during and after erection.
- Monitor grout, sealants, bolting, welding, dowel connections, and curing of connection joints.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of required experience.
- Graduate in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
