Job Objectives
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of system integrations and APIs.
- Ensure reliable connectivity between internal and external systems.
- Contribute to software quality, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop technical knowledge while supporting integration projects.
Architecture and Design
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Support the design of system integrations, workflows, and technical documentation.
- Participate in reviewing existing systems and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Assist in preparing technical specifications and design documentation.
Development and Testing
- Support the development, testing, and maintenance of APIs and system integrations.
- Participate in software development activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Support software deployment and post-implementation activities.
- Maintain integration documentation and technical records.
- Follow software development standards and best practices.
Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions.
- Support internal teams and external partners in resolving integration-related issues.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and documenting technical recommendations.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning initiatives.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
- The role requires 0–2 years of experience in software development, system integration, or a related technical role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, and REST APIs is required.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases is required.
- Basic understanding of XML, JSON, and web services is required.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle is required.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools is advantageous.
Soft Skills and Languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Willingness to learn, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills are required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic proficiency is preferred.
