Job Purpose
- The Energy Engineer at UAE PACTIVE will play a crucial role in developing, analyzing, and implementing innovative energy solutions within the Pactive Sustainable Solutions department.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and evaluate renewable and conventional energy projects to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement energy efficient systems and technologies.
- Conduct energy modeling, simulation, and audits to identify opportunities for performance improvement.

Qualification
- We seek candidates equipped with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Advanced certifications in energy management or renewable energy technologies are advantageous.
- A strong foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and energy systems is essential.
- Proficiency with energy simulation software and tools, as well as familiarity with relevant national and international energy standards and codes, is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities paired with effective communication skills.
Experience & Skills
- The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands on experience in the energy sector, particularly within sustainable energy projects or energy efficiency programs.
- Proven expertise in conducting comprehensive energy audits, developing energy models, and managing energy saving initiatives is crucial.
- Strong skills in data analysis, project management, and the use of energy management information systems will be beneficial.
