- Develop and implement the Emiratization strategy and annual workforce plans
- Achieve Emiratization hiring targets across all business functions
- Build UAE National talent pipelines through universities, career fairs, and government partnerships
- Design and manage Emirati development programs including Graduate, Internship, Leadership, and Succession Programs
- Monitor retention, engagement, and career progression of UAE National employees
- Maintain relationships with MOHRE, NAFIS, universities, and other Emiratization stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Emiratization regulations and reporting requirements
- Provide Emiratization dashboards, analytics, and reports to leadership
- Partner with business leaders to integrate Emiratization goals into workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience
- Minimum 5 years of direct Emiratization experience
- Proven track record in workforce localization and talent development
- Experience working with government entities such as MOHRE and NAFIS
