Schedule
- Work five days from the office.
- Work six hours per day with a one-hour lunch break.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 6,000 per month plus NAFIS.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner.
- Schedule orders according to customer requests.
- Evaluate caller escalations and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build customer loyalty by providing a positive phone experience.
- Handle customer emails and respond within the 24-hour service-level agreement.
- Escalate customer complaints as appropriate.
- Respond to customer needs and provide personalized service.
Requirements
- Availability to work five days from the office.
- Availability for a six-hour workday with a one-hour lunch break.
- Ability to handle inbound customer calls in a timely and friendly manner.
- Ability to respond to customer emails within a 24-hour service-level agreement.
