Role Overview
Manage administrative and HR functions for AMS outsourced staff in liaison with the client.
Support recruitment, employee administration, staff supervision, labor procedures, payroll, and invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit staff through agency liaison, interviewing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and the smooth transition of new joiners.
- Supervise attendance, leave, annual tickets, and employee personal details.
- Counsel staff, solve problems, and support process improvements.
- Maintain personnel files and coordinate immigration and labor procedures with head office.
- Maintain annual and sick leave schedules and liaise with the client.
- Coordinate bonuses, increments, new joiners, leavers, office spacing, and related logistics.
- Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and manage monthly payroll and invoicing through client portals.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills and hands-on PC experience.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and changing environment.
Workplace
- The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
