Public Relations Manager responsible for employee relations, government relations, and compliance operations across the company’s entities.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on ministries, typing centres, and free zone portals rather than marketing or client-facing work.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete visa and labour cycle from new employee onboarding to renewals and cancellations.
- Handle visa and labour processes across Mainland and Free Zone entities.
- Manage trade licence renewals for all group companies and prevent lapses or delays.
- Coordinate with regional offices and keep internal teams informed about regulatory changes.
- Monitor updates from MoHRE, the Ministry of Labour, and relevant free zone authorities.
- Handle medical fitness applications, Emirates ID submissions, and weekly petty cash reconciliation.
- Answer UAE labour-related queries from account managers across the business.
- Lead independently, manage workload without close supervision, and remain effective during deadline pressure.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and related government processes is essential.
- The role requires independent ownership of workload and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
